Half-seasoned form of Scivu cheese. Sheep and goat milk, 100% of our company. Craftsmanship with raw milk. Thin rind, the cheese is yellow on the outside. The paste is white, soft and compact.

Description

Weight: from 3 to 3,5 kg approx.
Maturation: minimum 90 days.
The shapes are cylindrical in appearance, with flat faces 15-22 cm wide, straight or slightly convex sides 8-13 cm high.

Salted ricotta from Scivu

Form of salted ricotta from Scivu. Sheep and goat milk, 100% of our company. Craftsmanship with raw milk. It looks like classic ricotta with a truncated cone shape and soft white paste. It is a variety of ricotta which thanks to the traditional type of processing is characterized by its soft consistency and is consumed shortly.
